The words Citius, Altius, Fortius is Latin for Faster, Higher, Stronger.
This is the Olympic Motto first proposed in 1894 when the International Olympic Committee was created.
Although it was not introduced until 1924 at the Paris Games.
This medallion has a little bit of everything that represents what the Olympic Games are all about.
