Description
Dunand Repeater open face pocket watch. 14k yellow gold case, marked 14k on inside lid. Manual wind Precision Swiss made from about 1925 to 1935. On the side of the case is a slide that when activated the watch will chime in different tones every quarter hour. The watch movement runs very well. The 14k gold case has some light to moderate wear but still is in very good condition. There is two fine, hairline cracks on the dial. The crystal is in excellent condition. There is one small dent on the bottom edge of the gold case. The watch case measures 50mm in diameter, the movement is 40mm in diameter. There is a one year mechanical warranty on the movement. I’ve seen this repeater watch listed from $2200 to $2900 on other watch websites. The higher costs for repeaters is due to the complicated movements.
