Vintage Ruby Sapphire Brooch
Vintage brooch/pendant in 18k yellow gold with rubies and blue sapphires.
Stamped 18k Italy and weighs 9.3 grams.
Surrounding the fancy open metalwork is blue enamel inlay near the outside areas.
In the middle are small natural rubies and blue sapphires.
There is a pin to wear as a brooch as well as a loop to hook onto a chain.
The piece measures 1 1/8 inches in diameter.
