Vintage brooch/pendant in 18k yellow gold with rubies and blue sapphires.
Stamped 18k Italy and weighs 9.3 grams.
Surrounding the fancy open metal work is blue enamel inlay near the outside areas.
In the middle are small natural rubies and blue sapphires.
There is a pin to wear as a brooch as well as loop to hook on to a chain.
The piece measures 1 1/8 inches in diameter.
Well made and in excellent condition.
