18k White Gold Ladies Vintage Cyma Wristwatch w/ Diamonds and Sapphires

Ladies vintage Cyma wristwatch in 18k white gold with diamonds and blue sapphires. The inside of the case is stamped 18k. The manual wind movement is a precision Swiss 17 jewel mechanism. Wind twice a day about 8 turns, but never wind tight. If the watch isn't worn for a couple days you might have to tap the case with your finger after winding to jump start it. Keeps good time, recently overhauled by an expert. There is fancy engraving on the sides and back of the watch case. The top of the case is set with round single-cut diamonds, .10 total carats, h color, vs clarity, and two small sapphires. The band is woven stainless steel with a safety chain. Fits 6 inch wrists. A larger band can be added for $25.
