Ladies antique wristwatch with rubies and diamonds in rose gold case. Stamped 14k inside the case. There six natural rubies, .30 total carat weight. Also, there six, single-cut diamonds, .18 total carats, H to i color, Vs clarity. The manual wind movement has been changed to a quartz movement. Keeps good time. The black , nylon cord band has a clasp at the bottom.  Overall, very good condition.
