When will I receive my order?

In most cases orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours after confirmation of completed payment (see What payment methods are accpeted?).  We advise customer who have made a purchase to feel free to contact us at any time during the processing period to inquire on updated status information.

Personal Check
We accept personal checks for payment under the following conditions:

  • Your product will be shipped after a 5-day hold from the date of deposit to ensure the check clears.
  • There will be a $25 fee for any returned checks due to insufficient funds or other reasons.

Cashier’s Check
We accept cashier’s checks for payment with the following conditions:

  • Your product will be shipped after a 5-day hold from the date of deposit.

Money Orders
We accept money orders for payment under the following conditions:

  • Your product will be shipped after a 10-day hold from the date of deposit to ensure the money order clears.

Credit Card Payments
We accept credit card payments for all transactions, except bullion/precious metals, using the PayPal payment processing center. You can use your credit card with or without having a PayPal account. Note: Your product will be shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment.
